What is the registration process?
Please register for BSR Conference via this registration website.
Are volunteer opportunities available?
Due to the scope, format, and staffing needs of the Conference, unfortunately, we cannot offer volunteer opportunities. We genuinely appreciate your interest in supporting the Conference.
Are there scholarships available to supplement my registration fee?
We appreciate your consideration and interest in the program. As a nonprofit, BSR is unable to offer scholarships for the Conference. Should any future funding become available, we will update our website accordingly.
Are registration discounts available?
Early, advance, and standard rates are available for both BSR members and non-members. Group discounts are available for three or more people from the same organization (10 percent group discount during the early registration period and 15 percent discount during the advance and standard registration periods). To receive the group discount, all participants must register at the same time on the same credit card. There are no exceptions to this rule.
NGOs, academics, and government organizations receive a discounted registration rate at any time.

Can I speak by becoming a sponsor?
No. BSR Conference sponsorship has many benefits, but a guaranteed speaking slot is not included at any level.
Can I submit a session topic or suggest a speaker?

Can I opt to attend only one day of the Conference?
Yes, day rates are available. Visit the Registration Rates and Policies page for more details.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We will offer an 80 percent refund to those who postmark or email their cancellation by October 11, 2019. For additional information, review our full cancellation policy. Visit the Registration Rates and Policies page for more details.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
To make a substitution, email BSR2019@meetgreen.com or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
How can I receive additional information regarding BSR membership?

Organizations that confirm membership by October 1 and have prepaid the non-member registration rate will be refunded the difference.
Are sponsorships available?

Who should attend?
The BSR Conference attracts a global audience of business executives of all levels and distinguished leaders from the public sector and civil society who are working together to advance responsible business practices.
What is the dress code?
The BSR Conference does not have a dress code. The usual attire is general business or business casual.
Can I register on site?
Onsite registration is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday November 12.
Can I receive a press pass?
BSR offers press passes to journalists with verified credentials. To request a press pass, to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “BSR19 Inquiry”.
